Warranty Policy

Bonito always stand behind what we sell, with warranty and excellent customer services support.

Our products are provided within a 100% guarantee against any manufacturing defects, but guarantee does not apply to be used by man-made, damaged by incorrect usage method. for example, zipper puller by force. sharp scratch on EVA cases etc.

After-sale Process

1.Communicate with our salesman by email, phone calls, skype etc.
2.Providing clear pictures or video to allow us to evaluate the issue.
3.After receiving all the information that we needed, our salesman will notice our Quality Department.
4.Once the Quality Department has given its consent, we will pay for sending replacements to your end.
